Are you passionate about helping aspiring nurses achieve their dreams? We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Nursing School Prep Assistant to provide support and guidance to nursing students as they prepare for the exam. This remote, part-time position offers an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the education of future healthcare professionals!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to students preparing for the HESI exam, offering study resources, practice materials, and expert guidance.
Help students address specific areas of difficulty, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Foster a motivating, virtual space that encourages students to engage, learn, and succeed.
Work closely with the education team to enhance study plans and prep materials, ensuring they meet students' needs.
Use online platforms and educational technology to deliver interactive and effective study sessions.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and colleagues, tracking progress and providing updates.

Key Skills:

Experience in nursing education or exam preparation, particularly for the HESI exam.
A strong understanding of nursing principles and exam content.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide clear explanations.
Comfortable using online educational tools and platforms.
Ability to create a supportive and engaging virtual learning environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
