Radiology - Women's Imager - Physician at Gotham Health - Physician Affiliate Group of New York summary:

The position is for a board-certified or board-eligible Mammography Radiologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health in Brooklyn, focusing on breast imaging, diagnostic procedures, and biopsies using advanced radiology technology. The role involves interpreting mammograms, performing diagnostic breast procedures, and providing accurate diagnostic reports within a community-based ambulatory care setting. Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Mammography Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway , an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice. Located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn, Gotham Health, Broadway is a new, state-of-the-art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid-19, as well as short- and long-term follow-up care for those recovering from the disease.

  • Interpreting mammographic images
  • Conducting diagnostic breast procedures

  • Full Radiology suites and state of the art imaging technology
  • Onsite reading across all Gotham Health clinics
  • 5-day work week

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Mammography Radiology
  • Experience with breast biopsy (a plus, but not required)

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $468,750* (board eligible) and $494,500* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $559,270** (board eligible) and $585,020** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.
