Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a UX & Graphic Designer - Crypto - this is a fully remote role and candidates can be based globally. Salary range: 150-180K USD yearly plus benefits.

We are seeking a hybrid UX and Graphic Designer to transform complex crypto products into professional, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences.
This role will be responsible for design across product development, marketing, and community engagement. The Designer will create end-to-end user experiences for professional traders, develop high-impact visual assets for campaigns, and ensure a cohesive, high-standard visual identity for us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of trading mechanics and user interfaces, translating this knowledge into precise and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for decentralized trading and DeFi platforms on the network, prioritizing intuition and visual clarity.
• Produce high-quality visual content, graphics, and digital assets for targeted marketing campaigns aimed at crypto and financial audiences.
• Partner closely with development, product management, and marketing teams to define and govern our visual and interactive identity.
• Conduct focused user research with experienced traders to optimize UX flows and streamline complex platform interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity design prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, with an emphasis on performance and usability.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all platforms, including web, mobile, and external community channels.
• Generate innovative and culturally relevant visual concepts, including static graphics and motion assets, to enhance brand recognition within the crypto ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Financial Acumen: Direct experience with or a strong intuitive understanding of crypto, capital markets, or active trading, with the ability to discern effective trading interface design.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and the development of original, impactful visual concepts.
• Professional Portfolio: Demonstrated success with design and content creation specifically targeting crypto or financial technology audiences.
• UX Expertise: Advanced proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma) and mastery of responsive design principles and comprehensive design systems.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Proven ability to execute brand strategy through visual campaigns, professional web design, and motion graphics.
• Conceptual Depth: A commitment to design from first principles, challenging existing conventions to deliver optimal solutions.

Desirable Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Experience in the design of professional-grade dashboards, trading UIs, or analytics software.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, Web3 paradigms, and related design standards.
• Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, React).
• An established, active presence within professional crypto communities or relevant design networks (e.g., Twitter/X).
