*Pay:* From *$72,000 per year* (equivalent to *$35–$40/hr*, plus overtime and commissions)

*Experienced Licensed Oil Burner & EPA-Certified AC Service Technician*

*$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified, licensed technicians!*

Fawcett Energy— a *131-year-old, family-owned heating and air conditioning company*—is expanding our service team in the Greater Boston area. We are looking for an experienced, professional technician with strong technical skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication abilities.

*You must have a valid Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License and EPA Certification* to be considered for this role. Please do not apply without these credentials.

*Requirements*

* *Minimum 5 years of heating/oil burner service experience*
* *Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician License (Required)*
* *EPA Certification (Required)*
* *Valid Driver’s License (Required)*
* Strong troubleshooting, repair, and customer service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team

*About the Role*

This is a *full-time, in-person* service position working with residential customers. Technicians will perform oil burner service, HVAC service, equipment maintenance, and related tasks, while delivering excellent customer service.
