Qualifications
1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, requires open availability Monday-Sunday

Pay Rate: $17.77 to $25.31
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Actively approach customers requiring additional help identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.
Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked. Ensure that the IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times to give customers a positive shopping experience.
Convey passion about IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices, resulting in a better overall shopping experience.
Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels.
Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
Flow product to final selling location.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
Provide the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.
