We're Hiring: Office Administrative Assistants

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! If you're organized, friendly, and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As our Office Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations - from managing schedules and handling communications to helping with office organization and team coordination.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks
  • Help plan and coordinate company events and meetings
  • Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a team-focused mindset
