Maintenance Manager
Southern Holiday Homes Santa Rosa Beach, FL

Southern Holiday Homes, a leading luxury vacation rental management company along Scenic Highway 30A, is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance operations across our portfolio of over 100 homes.

Were looking for a boots-on-the-ground leader someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in problem-solving, and can lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality results for both guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support a team of in-house maintenance technicians and vendors.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.

• Ensure homes are guest- and owner-ready at all times, meeting Southern Holiday Homes luxury standards.

• Create and maintain efficient systems for task tracking, reporting, and follow-up.

• Work closely with our Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Owner Relations teams to address maintenance requests quickly and effectively.

• Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.

• Uphold safety and quality standards across all maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or management role (vacation rentals or hospitality preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Hands-on mechanical and technical skills (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc., a plus).

• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work weekends or after-hours as needed.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
