Coverage: April 14, 2025 – Ongoing Schedule: 3 shift minimum/week (will schedule 8-12 hour days dependent on scheduled procedures); flexible scheduling is ok, but need to be available every week. No week on/week off or piecemeal schedules. Required Skills: Head Spine, General Anesthesia (Adults & Peds), Spinal Anesthesia. Preferred Skills: Neonatal, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, & Arterial Line placement No call EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 60 Days   Requirements: Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC Active AHA ACLS & PALS certifications Board Certified Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
