Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a passion for lighting, home décor, and customer service. In this role, you’ll assist homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and designers with selecting lighting, mirrors, lamps, and accent furniture that complement their project needs and stay within budget. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and fun—with plenty of opportunities to grow in a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through lighting and décor selections for custom homes, spec homes, and occasional commercial projects.

• Meet with homeowners and contractors in-store and on job sites.

• Design visually appealing lighting packages that align with project budgets.

• Set appointments with clients for personalized consultations.

• Offer expert advice while honoring each customer’s personal style preferences.

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate project records and meet deadlines.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Patient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy atmosphere.

• Experienced in a related industry (lighting, flooring, cabinetry, paint, etc.); lighting knowledge is a plus but not required.

• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems.

• Familiar with the homebuilding or interior design industry is a bonus.

We currently have locations in Hattiesburg, Laurel, Flowood, Madison, Batesville, and Biloxi, MS, as well as Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Louisiana.
Our years of experience in lighting have qualified us to select the highest quality lighting products from the most reputable manufacturers. Strong relationships with our suppliers have allowed us to negotiate the best prices and shipping schedule for the quality products we sell. These relationships allow us to serve our customers with the highest quality products on the market at competitive prices.
