Forklift Operator - High Reach

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator - High Reach to join their team. As a Forklift Operator - High Reach, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator - High Reach

Location: Mount Juliet, TN

Pay Range: 17-19/ hours

Shift: Varies

What's the Job?

• Operate high reach forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack materials within the warehouse
• Ensure accurate and safe handling of inventory in accordance with company policies
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures
