Job Description

Five Star Painting of New Port Richey and Citrus Park is growing!  We have an outstanding reputation and continue to enjoy a best service reputation in our local markets serving Pasco, North Pinellas, and North Hillsborough Counties.  We are currently recruiting and hiring both high-quality hourly painters and sub-contract painting crews!   The ideal candidates are experienced painting professionals with experience in either residential or commercial re-painting service.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers assigned painting projects in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains clean and organized job sites/work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Inspects their own work to deliver the highest quality for our customers
• Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
• Follows all documented safety policies and procedures
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Possesses top-quality painting skills and knowledge of both painting tools and equipment (sprayers, powerwashers)
• Owns their own tools and painting equipment
• For Subcontractors: Maintains professional General Liability insurance in the amount $1MM/$2MM
• For Subcontractors: Maintains a Worker’s Comp Policy or exemptions
• For Subcontractors: Possess reliable and unmarked painting vehicles/van/truck
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
• Must have smart phone or similar device to receive work orders, track time, and receive payments

Compensación: $250.00 - $1,000.00 per day
