Maleko personnel us hiring part-time day laborers!
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and hard-working individuals to join our on-call day laborer list . This position is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible, short-notice work . There is no guaranteed schedule — we will contact you when work becomes available, which may be a few times a week or less depending on our needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, loading/unloading materials, or site clean-up
Follow instructions from supervisors or job leads
Work safely and efficiently in various environments
Show up promptly when called for a shift
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to [e.g., 50 lbs]
Reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to be contacted with little advance notice
Prior experience in labor, construction, moving, or similar work is a plus but not required
How It Works:
Once you're added to our labor pool, we will reach out on days when work is available. If you're available, you’ll confirm and show up to the designated job site. Jobs may vary in type and duration.
