Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• The Art Director leads the creative vision and production of games, managing artists and animators while also contributing hands-on to art and animation.
• Responsibilities include directing art and animation, ensuring high-quality output, developing concepts with designers, and translating gameplay ideas into visual strategies.
• Manages team operations, deadlines, feedback, and mentoring while overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Requires 5+ years of experience in the slot or video game industry, proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, and preferred Spine and 3D software knowledge.
• Must excel in organization, leadership, and communication while collaborating with global teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
