Binding Minds is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Georgetown, Texas.

Job Title: Travel RN – Labor & Delivery
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (No on-call required)

Pay Package:

• Gross Weekly: $2,380
• Stipend: $1,246
• W2 Hourly: $31.50

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or Postpartum experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM
• Strong clinical skills in LDRP care, postpartum care, and newborn care
• Experience with high-risk patients, C-sections, and fetal monitoring preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery settings
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout labor
• Administer medications and interventions, including induction agents and magnesium sulfate
• Assist in C-sections, tubal ligations, and other obstetric procedures
• Deliver compassionate support for patients and families, including those experiencing fetal demise
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care

Unit Details:

• Labor & Delivery and Postpartum (LDRP model)
• Patient ratios: 1:2 in labor, 1:3–1:4 couplets in postpartum
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE fetal monitors, Alaris pumps, and Giraffe warmers
• EMR systems: GE Centricity/CPN & Meditech
