Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Training Specialist II to join our team in Charleston, SC

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.
• Plan and program development is an important part of the training specialist's job.
• Identify and assess training needs, trainers research all problems.
• Set up teaching materials and lesson plans prior to the class.
• Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
• Respond to corporate and worker service requests.
• Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services. In government-supported training programs, training specialists function as case managers.

EXPERIENCE:

• Seven (7) years of professional experience in curriculum development.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's level degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.
