Job Description
Primary Project Sites
• Boydton VA – South-central data center hub
What You Will Do
• Pull, terminate, and test Cat 5e, Cat 6, and fiber cabling
• Install cable tray, racks, pathways, devices, and grounding systems
• Follow drawings, run lists, and blueprints to keep installs accurate
• Perform basic QA and troubleshooting
• Foremen: lead crews, assign daily tasks, and manage site paperwork
Schedule and Pay
• 50+ hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Per diem and mileage available for travel roles
• Pay rate based on experience and position
Must-Have Requirements
• OSHA 10 (must be completed before start; online cert accepted)
• Basic telecom hand tools
• Steel-toe boots, long pants, and a short or long sleeve shirt
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Structured cabling experience:
Tech III: 6+ years
Foreman: 8+ years and crew leadership experience
Nice to Have
• BICSI or manufacturer certifications
• Clearance experience or eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance
• Experience on secure federal or data center infrastructure
