Strength Coach – Full-Time
River North Strength – Kirkwood, MO

River North Strength (RNS) is a semi-private training facility helping adults get stronger, move better, and feel more confident. Established in 2018 and proudly serving the Kirkwood community since 2020, RNS is built on relationships, results, and long-term client success.

We’re looking for a full-time Strength Coach to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Coach adult clients in a semi-private (2:1) setting
• Deliver high-quality training sessions with attention to detail and client safety
• Build strong client relationships and foster a positive training environment
• Contribute to the culture, growth, and long-term success of RNS

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: 5 days per week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Starting salary: $40,000 with opportunities for advancement in both pay and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to engage with clients in a personable, professional manner
• Attention to detail in both coaching and client care
• Prior athletic or coaching experience a plus (collegiate athletics background often translates well, but not required)
