Overview

Beacon Mobility, a subsidiary of Transit Team, Inc., is hiring a School Bus Driver to transport students safely and on time in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The position includes pre? and post?trip vehicle inspections, child safety checks, and compliance with DOT regulations.

Base Pay

$28.00 per hour (starting pay). The role offers a weekday schedule with summers off.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Arrive at destinations on schedule.
• Perform pre? and post?trip vehicle inspections.
• Conduct child checks after each route.
• Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes.
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and well?maintained vehicle.
• Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records.
• Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
