Client: Infosys/T-Mobile

Job Summary

Jon roles involve coordinating software deployments for Salesforce platforms in enterprise environments like telecom clients. This position supports Infosys' delivery for Client in Dallas, ensuring smooth releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Salesforce releases across sandboxes to production, managing hotfixes, minor/major updates, and seasonal releases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, testers, and stakeholders to align on release calendars and mitigate risks.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automation tools to streamline deployments and track changes via change sets or packages.
  • Perform pre- and post-release validations, rollback planning, and health checks to maintain system stability.
  • Ensure adherence to client security policies, Salesforce best practices, and Infosys delivery standards for T-Mobile projects.
  • Monitor release metrics, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in release processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications like Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Release Management specialist preferred.
  • 8+ years in Salesforce release management or DevOps, with 3+ years in enterprise client projects (telecom experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools: Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Jenkins for CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sandbox management, and Salesforce org strategies.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with T-Mobile or Infosys projects, including integrations with MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud.
  2. Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, GDPR) and monitoring tools like Salesforce Event Log or New Relic.
  3. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and Dallas-based hybrid work.
