Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RevOps Systems & Insights Analyst to join our team and support smarter, data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is an in-office role based in Colorado Springs, reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with the CFO and heads of Sales and Marketing.

You’ll help maintain and optimize the tools, systems, and reports that drive our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a growth-minded individual to gain experience across multiple functions, build relationships with senior leaders, and develop a strong foundation in analytics, RevOps, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI to monitor key revenue metrics.
  • Support CRM data integrity efforts across Salesforce and HubSpot, including data entry, cleanup, and validation.
  • Help manage team usage and reporting within Gong, ensuring valuable insights are accessible and actionable.
  • Assist with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting for internal team meetings and leadership reviews.
  • Conduct basic analyses to identify trends and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
  • Document workflows and support process improvements across the revenue team.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Business/Data Analytics (internships or academic work considered).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and interest in tools like Power BI, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Why Join Us

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership with real influence on company strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with the systems and tools that power modern go-to-market teams.
  • A clear growth path toward more senior roles in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Systems.
  • Mission-driven work with a company focused on improving outcomes for students with disabilities.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (vacation) and paid sick leave
  • Paid parking in downtown Colorado Springs
  • Onsite fitness center available for employee use
  • Walkable to restaurants, events, and entertainment for after-work socializing
  • A modern, collaborative office environment designed for productivity and connection
