Your Role & Impact:

• Provide engaging virtual instruction to Deaf & Hard of Hearing students.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and school staff to create tailored learning plans.
• Utilize innovative technology to build inclusive, accessible learning experiences.
• Empower students to achieve their academic, social, and personal goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Louisiana DHH Certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience working with DHH students (virtual experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for student success.
• Comfort and proficiency with digital learning tools.
