Job Summary: We are seeking a Pediatric Flight (RN) to ensure high-quality, efficient care. Join our dedicated team that supports each other and strives for excellence. Apply now! Education & Experience: Minimum five (5) years of recent Pediatric nursing experience, including Level 1 trauma, PICU, or Pediatric ED experience, as required by state/local EMS regulations. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. Pre-hospital and flight experience are preferred. Skills: Practice skills as defined by state scope of practice and medical standards. Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and multitasking skills. Flexible schedule including 24-hour shifts, overtime, and on-call rotation. Dependable, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current TX RN license. Certifications in BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS. Specialty certification (CFRN, CCRN, or CEN) within two years of hire. Advanced trauma course (ATLS/ATCN, TNATC, or CAMTS) and NRP certification before third rider orientation.
