Duties:
\n
\n - Provides advice & support to the residents and their families
\n - Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments
\n - Documents resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
\n - Protects residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
\n - Resolves resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
\n - Assures quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies & standards of care
\n - Supervising LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
\n - Maintains resident confidence by keeping information confidential
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n - Should work well in a team-oriented environment
\n - Must hold a valid RN license
\n - Strong computer skills
\n - Excellent communication skills
\n - Long term care experience is a plus
\n - Friendly and a team worker
\n
