ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused  Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of our hiring process—ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while supporting our internal hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain accurate applicant tracking, and help build a world-class team that brings our Sky Stories to life.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate incoming resumes against job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams across multiple time zones
• Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Update and manage job postings
• Support hiring managers with candidate communication, scheduling, and documentation
• Assist with coordination of onboarding logistics and first-day experiences
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports on hiring progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team is preferred
