Job Description

Full-time Receptionist needed in busy Abingdon, VA law firm. Great working environment and competitive salary.

Key duties for this role include:



  1. Client Interaction:


    • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

    • Managing client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate legal professionals.

    • Assisting with client intake processes and maintaining client databases.



  2. Filing and Data Entry:


    • Organizing and maintaining legal documents, files, and records.

    • Handling filing tasks, both physical and electronic, to ensure accessibility.

    • Conducting data entry for client information, case details, and other relevant data.



  3. Administrative Support:


    • Providing general administrative assistance to legal professionals.

    • Handling incoming phone calls.
