Oversee and manage end-to-end data-driven AML projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.3. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.4. Utilize data analytics to monitor project performance, identify trends, and generate reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement.5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including compliance officers, data analysts, and regulatory bodies, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project success.6. Ensure that all projects adhere to AML regulatory standards and guidelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
