A well-established agricultural and food storage operation in Central Washington is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of facility systems, including equipment used in orchard and irrigation operations.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance , including motor testing and power outage troubleshooting

• Conduct mechanical repairs —motors, solenoid valve coils, BPR kits (maintaining design integrity)

• Handle plumbing tasks to support functional water and system flow

• Maintain orchard and irrigation systems , ensuring smooth production and storage operations

• Respond flexibly to various on-site mechanical and electrical issues

✅ Qualifications:

• Certificate from a college or technical school, or 1–3 years of related experience

• Ability to interpret maintenance documents, manuals, and instructions

• Solid problem-solving skills and clear written/verbal communication

• Able to work independently or as part of a team

• Must be available for refrigeration emergency responses at night and on weekends

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Good vision (depth, detail, color, distance) with or without correction

• Ability to hear a variety of sounds and verbal instructions

• Manual dexterity: grip, reach, push/pull

• Full physical flexibility: climb, kneel, bend, stretch

• Mobility on stairs and at heights
