Position Overview
Seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to support a growing medical consulting firm and diagnostic lab operation in Del Ray. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible growth potential as the organization expands its MSO and diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of samples.
- Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Provide excellent patient care and uphold confidentiality.
- Support mobile phlebotomy needs as required.
Requirements
- Previous phlebotomy experience (PRN or clinical setting preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physician-driven environment.
