Are you a warm and positive person who loves making a difference? Advanced Pediatric Associates is excited to invite a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice!

In this role, you’ll bring your friendly smile and exceptional customer service skills to greet our young patients and their families. Your day will involve gathering patient information, processing co-payments, and verifying insurance eligibility—all while ensuring a smooth and caring experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Here’s What We Offer

  • Flexible Schedule: Work 4 days a week (Monday through Friday) at our Centennial location, with occasional half-day Saturdays.
  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on your experience.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service role (face-to-face interaction preferred)
  • Ideally, some experience in a medical setting (6 months or more)
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
