Aerotek Is Hiring Industrial Painters in McConnellsburg, PA

Now Hiring : Industrial Painters – 2nd & 3rd Shift | McConnellsburg, PA

Pay : $22.75 - $26.40/hour

Shifts : 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Apply primer, paint, and touch-ups using power spray equipment and brushes.
• Mask, unmask, and prep parts to meet precise specifications.
• Perform light bodywork and clean/condition parts before painting.
• Mix paints to the correct color, consistency, and viscosity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a professional finish.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the painting process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial or automotive painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment

This is a fully onsite position in McConnellsburg,PA.
