Aerotek Is Hiring Paint Prep Workers In – McConnellsburg, PA

Pay : $18.25-20.00/hr

Join a high-performing manufacturing team as a Paint Prepper, preparing parts for painting through sanding, masking, and inspection. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical skills and a strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Sand, wipe, and mask parts for paint prep and repair.
• Use overhead hoists to hang parts safely.
• Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support defect tracking and inventory control.

What You Need:

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with spray guns, sanding, and grinding tools is a plus.
• Forklift or tugger experience is a plus.
• Ability to wear full protective gear and work in a hot, paint-heavy environment.

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37960.00 - $44512.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
