  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join a pain management team in the Lake City, Florida area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced pain management techniques and a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.   Key Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will perform essential procedures such as injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty cases.
  • Conduct 2-3 procedure days per week, delivering top-tier care to patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and detailed medical histories.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Actively contribute to practice productivity and patient satisfaction, with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.

  Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in Florida.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    - Base Salary: $350,000-$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    - Salary Guarantee: A guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years of employment, allowing for a smooth transition into the practice.

    - Production-Based Model:After the guarantee period, compensation will shift to a production-based model, providing opportunities for increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.
