Known for our commitment to excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations.
Position Overview:
The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and financial performance of the facility. This includes ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving occupancy and financial goals, and fostering a positive culture for staff, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and direction for a large, high-capacity skilled nursing facility (100+ beds)
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, HHSC)
Oversee all daily operations, including nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative departments
Drive performance improvement initiatives and maintain high standards for clinical quality, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement
Lead and support the interdisciplinary team to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives
Develop and manage the facility budget to meet or exceed financial targets
Serve as a liaison with residents, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing department leaders and staff
Qualifications:
Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license (Required)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting, preferably in a large facility (100+ beds)
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, reimbursement systems, and survey processes
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
