Attentive Care Service Agency is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides, and CNA's in the Philadelphia area. This position involves providing assistance to senior citizens with various daily activities including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to home care agency

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No professional experience necessary but is preferred.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and follow care plans
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of senior care and the specific needs of seniors
• The ability to lift and transfer as needed
• Must be reliable and punctual

Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Overnights
