Neonatal Physician Locums Job in Louisville, Kentucky

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neonatal Physician to help support our client in Louisville, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:
Record detailed medical histories in electronic medical records, including chief complaints, present conditions, individual and family histories.
Conduct thorough physical examinations of newborn patients.
Analyze diagnostic tests, reports, and findings to evaluate the medical condition of patients.
Diagnose injuries or illnesses and formulate accurate prognoses.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
MD or DO
Valid medical license in the state of Kentucky or eligibility to obtain one
Levels ranging from level 2 to level 4 NICU

Preferred:
Experience in neonatology or related specialties
Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (or board eligible)

Additional Requirements:
Screening: Background check, license, education, and employment reference verifications.
Health Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination required by the hire date (reasonable accommodations considered).
Pre-employment drug screening.
