Position Details:

Location: Fully remote (teletherapy) or in-person near Livonia, MI

License Requirement: Must be fully licensed in Michigan

Strength-Based Counseling

Motivational Interviewing

Solution-Focused Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Psychoanalytic Therapy

Behavioral Therapy

Humanistic Therapy

Integrative or Holistic Approaches

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families

Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care

Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services

Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families

Advocate for client well-being and ensure access to appropriate care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions

Supervise and mentor limited-license social workers as needed

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

Full licensure in Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT, or equivalent)

Experience in a clinical, medical, or telehealth setting (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
