• Build Fitness Dreams - Match members with the perfect membership plan based on their lifestyle, fitness goals, and family needs.
• Relationship Builder - Cultivate lasting connections with members by getting to know their names, goals, and favorite activities at the club.
• Follow-Up Fanatic - Keep in touch with prospects and make sure they have everything they need to join the Elite family.
• Problem-Solving Wizard - Answer questions, resolve membership concerns, and find creative ways to keep members engaged and happy.
• Club Ambassador - Know the club inside and out-whether it's fitness classes, spa services, or youth programs, you'll be the go-to person for info!
