Pediatric Office Manager – Two Locations - Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
We are a busy pediatric practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two office locations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice across two locations
- Organize appointments and ensure accurate scheduling
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supporting team members
- Handle billing questions and insurance-related concerns
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Coordinate patient feedback and ensure excellent service standards
- Collaborate with physicians, daycare centers, schools, and community organizations
- Plan and coordinate practice participation in community events
- Ensure proper use of ICD and CPT coding for billing and documentation
- Stay current with and utilize new technologies, including AI tools, to improve office efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proficiency with computers, electronic medical records, and new technology
- Previous experience in medical office management (pediatrics preferred)
- Strong understanding of ICD and CPT coding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities across locations
