Responsibilities:

• What You’ll Do:

  • Make an Impact : Prospect for new business by connecting with local and regional businesses, setting up meetings, and delivering personalized advertising sales solutions that hit the mark.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up with the latest in digital marketing trends and opportunities, so you can wow clients with fresh ideas and cutting-edge strategies.
  • Craft Winning Proposals : Develop and present tailored marketing plans that include radio, digital, and event marketing solutions, with the goal of bringing in big wins for your clients.
  • Crush Your Targets : Exceed sales goals, both monthly and annually, while building long-term relationships and creating new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Superstar:   You’ve got a proven track record of crushing sales targets across the   digital media landscape 
• Digital Savvy : You know your way around SEO, SEM, OTT/CTV, podcast, influencer, social media, email marketing, and more. Bonus points if you’re a digital marketing whiz!
• Strategic Thinker : You’re great at identifying client needs and tailoring solutions that drive results.
• People Person : You’ve got killer communication skills and the ability to make meaningful connections with clients at all levels.
• Experience Matters : Whether it’s radio or online (preferable both), you’ve got experience crafting strategies that deliver results for local and regional businesses.
• Drive & Ambition : You’re self-motivated, organized, and always looking for the next big opportunity to grow.
