Job Title – Maintenance Technician
Location – Mason, OH
Duration – 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Schedule – Mon–Fri
Pay – $23.57/hour (W2)
Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, generators, etc.)
- Perform carpentry, painting, flooring, and furniture moves
- Conduct safety/compliance inspections (fire equipment, elevators, etc.)
- Replace lights, ceiling tiles, and assist with janitorial needs
- Manage meeting room setup and minor repairs
- Handle snow removal, landscaping, and event setup
- Monitor dock and package handling (during remodel)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (tech/trade school a plus)
- 5–10 years of general maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Familiar with drywall, light carpentry, landscaping
- Basic computer/email skills
- Clean driver’s license
- Ability to lift, move furniture, and travel to nearby sites
