Job Description



H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Analyst/Office Support to track, compare and calculate asset life cycle and replacement strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

 

  • Perform all work adhering to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
  • Build cost per hour maintenance and rate structure
  • Identify and assist in finding deficiencies in work processes
  • Build best practices policies and procedures to be efficient in our work
  • Determine what are the best assets to purchase and warranty packages that have the most value
  • Above average computer skills Excel and Word and ability to learn all required company software
  • Must be able to work well with others and can train as needed
  • Build and run reports as needed to support other team members
  • Must have good working knowledge of construction, mining and licensed vehicles
  • Assist with related special projects
  • Attend required meetings and provide information for meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications



Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR three months of related training and/or experience
    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience using various spreadsheet, word processing, and specialized software (Outlook, Excel)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Basic knowledge of truck and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)

 

  Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Associate or bachelor degree in business administration or related field from an accredited educational institution
  • Experience with maintenance in heavy civil construction, road construction, or other heavy industry
  • OSHA, MSHA, or other relevant safety certifications

    • Talk or hear
  • Occasionally required to:
    • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
    • Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds 
  • Frequently required to sit

    • Ability to adjust focus
