Job Description:

Janadhi and Company LLC is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to lead and oversee our low voltage projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage installations, strong fiber optic skills , and management experience in leading teams, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot structured cabling, fiber optics, and other low voltage systems.
• Plan and delegate work , ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain inventory and job documentation , including materials, tools, and site progress.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Communicate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction with project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in low voltage cabling and fiber optics.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting .
• Proven leadership and management skills , with experience overseeing teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred:

• Certifications such as BICSI, FOA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with project budgeting and scheduling .
• Knowledge of networking and security systems is an advantage.
