Lead MuleSoft/.Net Developer

Location: Columbus (Newark), Ohio (Onsite - 3 Days Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead MuleSoft/.Net Developer with expertise in MuleSoft, .NET Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient enterprise solutions that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive architecture designs and integration strategies using MuleSoft, .NET technologies.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust, scalable applications and services that meet business needs.
• Integration: Lead integration efforts between diverse systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time processing.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices in software development and integration. Also, help team to establish COE for Mulesoft through templates/ standards etc.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural plans.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance practices.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, integration processes, and development guidelines.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their applicability to our business needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions.
• MuleSoft Expertise: Proven experience with MuleSoft, including API design and management, integration patterns, and best practices.
• .NET Full Stack Development: Proficiency in .NET frameworks, including ASP.NET, C#, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
• Fiserv CreateDigital Experience: Familiarity with Fiserv CreateDigital Experience platform and its capabilities for building digital solutions (Nice to have).
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment models (Nice to have).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, automation).
• Familiarity with data management and analytics tools.
