We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our team! The primary responsibilities of the Junior Account Representative are driving sales growth, providing excellent customer support and ensuring that quarterly KPIs are met. The Junior Account Representative will also work to create new account revenue, obtain goals, increase brand loyalty, and drive a proactive sales strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and have a proven track record in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Provide ongoing customer support
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms
  • Maintain up to date records within the CRM
  • Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Complete regular sales training
