Job Description

Monarch is looking for sales professionals to manage in-territory accounts. We want money-motivated, hungry, and aggressive relationship builders—people who wake up every day asking themselves, “What do I need to do to make the sale?”

The ideal candidate is eager to conduct on-site visits, set up product trials, perform web-based demonstrations, and work directly with the manufacturer.

You will work closely with prospective customers through a full sales cycle, starting with cold outreach. The ability to qualify leads, conduct engaging demos, and negotiate complex deals at the executive level are key strengths you will bring to Monarch.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

• Would describe themselves as coachable

• Enjoy the hustle of sales

• Have excellent communication skills

• Thrive in a relationship-building role

• Are proactive in cold calling and relationship development

Duties and Responsibilities

• Confidently make 60–120 cold calls per day to build a strong pipeline

• Service existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities within your territory

• Learn and understand the specifications of each product line to confidently answer technical and product-related questions

• Conduct on-site visits, product trials, and web-based demonstrations

• Consistently hit or exceed quarterly quotas

• Do apply if you’ve worked in solar, real estate, insurance, door-to-door sales, mortgages, or car sales

Compensation

Base retainer plus commission, with accelerated, uncapped commission opportunities.
