Job Description

Goal:

Maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely loading/unloading, and support delivery and logistics operations to uphold service excellence at Oscar Surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments

· Organize and manage tile, vinyl, and slab inventory

· Update inventory counts in system (Shopify, POS, or WMS)

· Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors

· Assist in preparing orders for pickup or delivery

· Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Recommended Requirements:

· 1–2 years in inventory, shipping, or warehouse work

· Basic computer skills (inventory entry, scanning apps, spreadsheets)

· Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

· Physically able to lift 50+ lbs

· Familiarity with building materials is a bonus

· Attention to detail and reliability

Compensation & Benefits (Washington State – 2025 Competitive Range):

· Hourly Wage: $22–$25/hr depending on experience

· Monthly Safety/Accuracy Bonus: Up to $150/month based on zero-error performance and safety compliance

· Quarterly Team Bonus: Based on fulfillment speed, accuracy, and team efficiency benchmarks

· One-Time Bonus: Eligibility for error-free performance during high-volume months
