Title: Institutional Derivatives Sales Trader

Summary: A leading global market maker and high frequency trading firm is hiring for their NYC office. We are looking for highly-motivated, experienced sales traders with a desire to work in an autonomous environment. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset to add to the growing team. This individual must be responsible for owning and managing relationships with institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with institutional counterparties in the listed US options space
• Work closely with traders and support staff in growing portfolio
• Provide detailed financial analysis of current as well as potential investments
• Conduct market analysis and develop report for counterparties and prospective business partners

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant sales or trading seat cover buy-side firms focusing on equity options
• Knowledge and understanding of the cash equity options market
• Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong ability to multi-task solve complex problems in an efficient, fluid manor
• Deep understanding of US equity options market
