🏛 Immigration Paralegal

📍 Brooklyn, NY 11235 (Fully Onsite)

🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

💼 Experience Required: 1+ year (Asylum, Marriage, VAWA cases)

🌐 Fluency in Spanish (or another foreign language) required

Join our growing immigration law firm based in Brooklyn, NY. We’re seeking a dedicated Immigration Paralegal with at least one year of hands-on experience in asylum, marriage-based green card applications, and VAWA cases.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients and assist them in gathering necessary documentation
• Complete immigration forms and supporting documents under attorney supervision
• Support attorneys in preparing cases for USCIS and EOIR filings

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of immigration paralegal experience
• Familiarity with asylum, marriage-based, and VAWA applications
• Fluent in Spanish (or another foreign language)
• Organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
