We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in hospitality or property management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage household staff, coordinate events, and ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee residential cleaning and housekeeping management to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
• Plan and coordinate events to ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
• Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries, placing orders as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks with service providers.
• Develop schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the household.
• Maintain records related to household expenses and staff performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in event planning and coordination are essential.
• Previous experience in supervising staff and managing household operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in cooking or culinary arts is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization within the home.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
