As a Hair Stylist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa & Salon. By delivering top-notch guest experiences and maintaining station presentability you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. The schedule is on call with hours of operation from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Day-to-day duties include cultivating premium guest experiences that promote guest retention through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products; ensuring alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies; performing a range of services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical treatments ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes; maintaining a safe and clean environment, working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests; reporting any opportunities for improvement to Spa & Salon Leadership; and addressing any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner. The ideal candidate must be a minimum of 18 years of age, currently hold a Nevada issued Cosmetology license, have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, and have 1+ years of experience as Licensed Hair Stylist in a hotel or resort setting.
